These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of digital products (PDF downloads) offered by Numi Coaching / Simon Owers (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a digital product from our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product

You are purchasing a digital PDF file, which will be delivered electronically via email or download link after payment is completed. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell the product.
• Share it publicly or with third parties.
• Use it for commercial resale purposes.

3. Payment and Access

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to the digital product via download link or email.

4. Prices and VAT
   Numi Coaching is a trading name of TurnPoint (Plus) Limited, which is VAT registered in the United Kingdom. All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. A VAT invoice will be issued upon request.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or digital service charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Numi Coaching / Simon Owers. No rights are transferred beyond the limited license for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our digital products are designed to provide insight, tools and inspiration. However, individual results will vary and are not guaranteed.

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that success depends on a variety of personal factors and we do not promise any specific outcome or result. Dissatisfaction based on expectations not being met does not constitute grounds for a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the digital product. 

8. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device or software. Please ensure your system can open PDF files before purchase.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
