Your beliefs can have a positive impact on your performance and drive forward momentum but can also be limiting and hold you back. Central to belief focused coaching is the understanding that many limiting beliefs are shaped by past experiences, societal conditioning or negative self-talk. Beliefs such as “I’m not good enough” or “I must avoid failure at all costs” are not absolute truths but subjective interpretations that can be reshaped.

Our coaching partnership begins with a free strategy session, a 20-30 minute conversation where we explore if we are aligned and whether I am the right coach for you. We will discuss your goals, challenges and readiness for change. If we could work together, we will move forward. If not, I can help connect you to other resources.

The frequency of sessions will depend on you. Typically, I would recommend we schedule 4 to 6 x 1 hour fortnightly sessions over 3 months to ensure consistent progress, around the topics you want to bring to the sessions.
You will also have access to me for guidance and accountability between sessions via WhatsApp (Mon-Fri).

We will introduce some numi performance habits and you will gather momentum quickly. We will revisit your initial goals and ambitions and benchmark your progess.
You will also have access to numi support materials providing additional support and performance benefits.
I use a four step approach to achieve change. The number and frequency of sessions can be tailored to your requirements.
